Hello! I saw your post about passing the chspe. and i was wondering, how did you study for the math section? I have failed by 5 questions each time, any advice?

Ok the math for me was ok. I’m about average in math and there was a little bit of everything up to about algebra2 …there was graphs, system of equations, and a few word problems …

Even though I bought the chspe book it wasn’t much help. The wording of the equations I found to be more similar to the cst test we take

I would suggest that you go online and do the cst reviews on math.
Also the CHSEE sample questions.

But the math in the chspe review books should also be extra help.

Also I only studies for about a month and it was about 4 hours a week for me so maybe I studies for about 20 hours for math . ( not counting English )

But yeah just do the review book, the cst, and CHSEE , and that should be enough
